Grand Gourmet has all equipment required to pre plate a meal of
up to 250. Entrees are plated 30 minutes prior to serving and brought
to 140 degrees in our special ovens. This assures your guests are
not only served a piping hot meal, but also that all guests have their
meal within a 10 minute period. Finest
Quality Tableware's - Grand Gourmet owns its own china silverware,
glassware, linens, candelabras and most items required for your event.
Because it is our own, we take special care to assure that only
the finest quality items are used at your event. Grand Gourmet provides
everything needed to make your event perfect. Bar
services - Grand Gourmet provides bar tenders and all necessary
set ups. Since we do not sell liquor, wehave pre negotiated rates
with a package store local to you to provide help with the selection of
product and delivery. Through these stores, our customers pay the
minimum amount for liquor allowable by law in the State of Connecticut. |
