Dear Felix,

THANK YOU! Everything was absolutely amazing at our wedding! Your staff was there to take care of everything. One waiter named Wayne waited on our table of friends from New Hampshire and he was so good to them. Although I only ate a few things, I have heard that all the food was excellent. Someone said the beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork! When I run into people who came to the Wedding, they all ask who the caterer was, and tell me how awesome the food was. I’d have to agree with them. My salmon was tasty, the few bites anyway.

Everyone kept saying how calm I was the week before the wedding and I truly believe that you had a major part in that. I knew that you had control of everything (except the weather, but that worked out too!) and that you would take care of everything for us. Dan and I enjoyed the day without worrying about anything and that is what is most memorable to us. Actually dancing and hanging out with our friends and family. You took the time to find out the details that were important to us and made sure they actually happened. Anyone can throw a party, but to pull off such great events as you do takes talent and skill, which you’ve got and I’m grateful for. You weren’t just a vendor to work with, and from the beginning you made us feel special, like our wedding was the only thing you were planning, which I know it wasn’t! Thank you for making our memories special ones.
