Chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu.  Assorted vegetables and a selection of far Eastern stir-fry sauces.  Served with steamed rice or noodles.

Grilled chicken and shrimp, romaine and spring greens, three different dressing, imported cheeses, chopped, bacon, a variety of fresh vegetables, and salad items allow you guests to make a traditional salad such as Caesar or a special creation of their own.

If you wish to sample our services with your fiancé and any others involved in the planning of this special day, we can to do a full scale sample dinner party.  You will be charged for the sample dinner party, but If you decide to book the wedding with me I will credit you back 1/2 of the cost towards the wedding.
